Privacy notice.

When you send a booking request, we collect your name, contact information, vehicle details, preferred booking date and interior photographs. We use these to assess vehicle condition, quote for cleaning and contact you about your request.

Booking details and photos are sent to our business email using the Resend email service and received in our business mailbox. If our private Cloudflare D1 and R2 storage is configured, we may also retain a backup there. Uploaded photos are not displayed publicly on the website. Access to booking records and our business mailbox is restricted to authorised administrators. We do not publish customer photos without separate permission.

Please avoid including people, documents, number plates, or other sensitive information in your photos where possible. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of your booking details and photographs.
